Over the years I have worked with clients, facilitated workshops and written about Personal Empowerment. I truly feel that helping people empowerment themselves is the work I came to this planet to do. I realize that I don't have the ability to actually empower someone else, but I do have tools that I can share to help people empower themselves. Among those tools is my Lighten Up process that teaches people a simple tools to bring themselves into a state of unconditional love of themselves. Another tool is my Free Yourself from Fear process that helps people identify and transform thoughts that limit them from being the full expression of themselves.
